While US Land Traders does not typically finance land, this question comes up often enough that we would like to offer some alternative sources of funding. Below is a small list of companies that can provide funding for land or other ‘unsecured’ purchases. With a loan from one of these lenders, you could cover the purchase price of the property, and possibly start building your dream vacation home!
This is by no means a comprehensive list, and US Land Traders is in no way affiliated with these companies in any way. Please do your own research, and determine which funding source is appropriate for your situation.
